On thursday 24th of September, MINAGRIS joins us for a lunch lecture! Esperanza Huerta will give thrilling insights into the work done at MINAGRIS, whilst you enjoy a free lunch.
Huerta has a PhD in Soil Ecology and currently works as a senior scientist at WUR. Among several projects she has done, she was one of the project leaders of MINAGRIS (MIcro-and NAno-Plastics in AGRIcultural Soils). With a PhD in Soil ecology, she aims to show how soil invertebrates like earthworms provides several opportunities to be used as soil quality indicators, soil fertility promotors, and helpers in soil rehabilitation.
